Luke, Craig, and Nic founded evermore+ with a commitment to delivering more: more design, more care, and more craftsmanship. Their journey began over 20 years ago, when their paths first crossed through the Queensland Master Builders Association. Little did they know, their bond would lead to the creation of a company built on trust, expertise, and a shared passion for crafting extraordinary homes.

Design

getting to know you

Creating your dream home should be fun, exciting and memorable, meaning you’ll be fully engaged from the very beginning. evermore+ will take the time to understand your vision, lifestyle and taste before we put the pencil to paper, conceptualise home designs and present a detailed pricing breakdown.
STEP 1
  • Client engages with evermore+ to be their design and build partner
  • Clients project brief is revealed through an enjoyable and comprehensive session with our Architect (Brazilian)
  • Site soil tests with wind rating and detailed contour surveys are conducted
STEP 2
  • Concept designs are prepared and presented to the clients with consideration to their project brief, budget and site conditions
  • Concept designs are worked through with respect to both client and site considerations
STEP 3
  • Upon our clients' approval of the design concepts, we present a formal Project Tender

Interior design

planning your bespoke space

Once you’re ecstatic with your design, our in-house interior design team will work closely with you to finalise your interior and exterior vision. Choosing the perfect palettes, materials, finishes, and fixtures that seamlessly align with your style, is one of the most memorable stages in our clients’ journey.
STEP 4
  • Detailed drawings incorporating kitchen, bathroom, laundry, stairs, media units and other cabinetry areas are developed
STEP 5
  • Client’s interior vision is understood with a comprehensive design and colour consultation with one of our interior designers
STEP 6
  • Fixed price Tender is presented
STEP 7
  • Fixed priced Contract is executed
STEP 8
  • Council Approvals are secured

Build

Making your dream home design become a reality

Once building approvals are obtained, the construction stage commences. We are committed to providing our clients with a high-quality build that meets your expectations and exceeds your dreams. Our skilled building team carefully bring our client’s vision to life, attending to every intricate detail in the crafting of your dream evermore+ home.
STEP 9
  • We build your evermore+ home
An inspiring, bespoke and custom evermore+ home is built, with the client able to sit back and enjoy watching their new home being brought to life by a highly-skilled team of tradespeople
STEP 10
  • Practical completion & handover
When the construction stage is complete, mirroring our clients’ distinct vision, we proudly present the keys and handover their stunning evermore+ home
